These are made from scratch not decompiled from the game. The files include a short loop animation for the palette's screen which plays infinitely. The color chips are two separate bodies consisting of the chip itself and the case with the USB stick so you can choose to have them either way. Additionally the color chips have a slight gradient loop animation to them so if you stare at them they aren't totally static.
